The Sociological Review Foundation is offering another 10 free places to our forthcoming Undisciplining: Conversations from the Edges main conference, 19-21st June 2018, The Baltic, Gateshead, UK.
These free places are available for Postgraduate Research Students (irrespective of funding status) and Early Career Researchers (irrespective of employment situation) who are within 3 years of being awarded their PhD – excluding time taken out for parental leave.

How to Apply
A free place will be given on a first come first serve basis for those that meet the eligibility criteria and have demonstrated sufficiently why they would like to attend the conference.
Successful applicants will receive an email confirmation that they have been awarded a free place.
These places are likely to be snapped up fast! So, you are advised to apply as soon as possible in order not to be disappointed.
To apply for one of these free places, please email Events Manager Jenny Thatcher email@example.com explaining in no more then 100 words why you would like to attend the conference and how it relates to your research interest.
Terms and Conditions
Applications for a free place are open to those ECRs and PGRs attending only. You will be expected to attend the full 2.5 days of the conference.
Please note, that those awarded a free place will personally responsible for organising their own overnight accommodation, travel and evening dinners for the night of the 20th June.
*Please note, that you cannot receive more than one of the following awards in the same year: a bursary to attend the Undisciplining pre-conference ECR Day, a place at the ECR writing retreat or the ECR conference funding award from The Sociological Review.
